How to request deletion
Send an email to support@coachhaven.app from the address linked to your CoachHaven account. Use the subject "Account Deletion Request" so we can route it quickly. We will reply to confirm receipt and again once the deletion is complete.
Already signed in?
If you're logged in to CoachHaven, you can submit a deletion request directly from the in-app support form. We process it the same way and you'll get a confirmation in your account.
What gets deleted
Once your request is verified, we permanently remove the personal data tied to your account, including:
- Account profile and authentication identifiers (name, email, login records).
- Health, fitness, and adherence logs.
- Meal plans, training plans, recipes, and tracking history.
- Photos and other media you uploaded.
- In-app messages and chat history.
- Coach workspace content for coach accounts, including client records, plans, and uploaded materials.
Timing and exceptions
Deletion is processed within 30 days of your verified request. You will receive a confirmation email when the work is complete.
A small set of records survives deletion where the law requires it: billing and tax records (typically retained for 6–7 years), aggregated and anonymized analytics that no longer identify you, and security or audit logs needed for fraud prevention. Encrypted backups are overwritten on their normal rotation cycle.
