Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use the CoachHaven website, app, API, billing flows, and client-facing surfaces.

Company

CoachHaven is operated by COACHHAVEN LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17097412. The registered office and service address is 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ.

Service scope

CoachHaven provides software for coaches to manage clients, meal plans, training, tracking, messaging, recipe workflows, billing, and related business operations.

Your responsibilities

  • Keep your login details secure and tell us if you suspect unauthorised access.
  • Only enter, upload, or share personal data and client data that you are allowed to use.
  • For client health, diet, allergy, training, and nutrition data, you are responsible for a lawful basis and any special-category condition required by privacy law. Explicit client consent is the expected default unless you can lawfully rely on another valid Article 9 or UK GDPR condition.
  • Give clients your own privacy information where you control the coach-client relationship.
  • Review meal plans, training plans, solver output, AI suggestions, and imported content before using them with a client.
  • Use CoachHaven only for lawful coaching, nutrition, fitness, and business purposes.

Billing and trial

  • New coach accounts currently receive a 7-day trial with no card required.
  • Paid billing is handled through Stripe and is based on active client count unless the checkout or billing screen states different terms.
  • Promotion, referral, or affiliate codes apply only when CoachHaven offers them and Stripe accepts them at checkout.
  • You can manage or cancel billing through the billing flow. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically erase account or workspace data.
  • Taxes, refunds, and statutory rights are handled according to the checkout terms and applicable law.

AI and generated output

CoachHaven may use AI, transcription, optimisation, and solver features to help draft plans, parse content, or support coaching workflows. These outputs are aids for coaches. You must review them before relying on them or giving them to clients.

Data, export, and deletion

You can request a coach account export or account deletion from settings. Account deletion is permanent for local account and workspace data after active client constraints are resolved, but we may keep limited records where law, billing, security, dispute handling, or backup cycles require it. No medical advice

CoachHaven is software for coaching workflows. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency support. You remain responsible for professional judgment, client suitability, and referral to qualified medical professionals where appropriate.

Acceptable use

  • Do not bypass access controls, rate limits, billing controls, or security measures.
  • Do not upload malware, unlawful content, or content that infringes another person’s rights.
  • Do not use the service to send spam, run deceptive activity, or scrape data without permission.
  • Do not enter client data unless you have authority to use it in CoachHaven.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or remove parts of the service as the product develops. We aim to keep the service reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted access or that every feature will stay available in the same form.
